Description:
-Over the past three years 406 Concepts has produced the only approved for sale Massachusetts town signs exclusively for Ward Maps/MBTA Gifts (The Only Official MBTA Store) in Cambridge. We have sold exclusive versions on Etsy previously but here is your chance to buy a town sign with the state seal directly on Etsy.

-The sign is made out of premium 1/2" cabinet grade birch for an ultra smooth finish and has been precisely hand cut to replicate the shape of the signs you see on the side of the road. The sign has been hand sanded and primed twice and then painted with two coats of the white top coat. The lettering and border is then painted on using a high quality paint. No stick on graphics have been used for this sign, only acrylic paints have been used. The back is left unfinished and a D ring has been attached for easy hanging. The back has also been branded with the 406 Concepts logo to let you know you are getting the best quality product available.

SIZE:
-The sign is made exactly like the town signs you see all over Massachusetts right down to the proportions and lettering. The sign has been scaled down to comfortable fit in your home. It measures 12 inches tall and 15 1/4 inches wide.

SHIPPING:
-This sign is made to order and ships out from our shop in 2-3 weeks once payment is received. The sign is shipped via USPS and can take as little as 2 days to receive once it is shipped out if you live nearby or up to a 7-10 days if you live on the west coast.
